Los Angeles Dodgers @2.16 over Tampa Bay Devil Rays 2units
Taking the Dodgers tonight simply because they are hitting well at the moment, and the odds shows that either Dodgers aren't getting enough respect or Scott Kazmir's getting way too much respect, Kazmir is like a lefty Daniel Cabrera, great stuff but wild at times, he is going to face a team that are hitting well, @2.16 seems slightly high for the Dodgers. If i could get the -1.5 Dodgers odds slightly higher than @2.81 i would have a nibble at that as well. Wolf has not been playing the best of late, he must contribute more than 5/6 innings a game, (5.25 inning pitched in the last 4 games) he has to throw more strikes, keep the number of walks to a minimum, easier said than done, but playing against a team who hasn't seen him in a while certainly helps.
Cincinnati Reds @2.51 over Seattle Mariners 1unit
I have not seen Jarrod Washburn this short in a long long time. Are the reds that bad or Lohse this bad? probably both. But when neither Washburn (WHIP 1.38) and Lohse (WHIP 1.40) are pitching well at the moment, why not go for a team that are hitting better of late?
G/L!
